All sales are final. Because our offerings are digital products and personalized services, all purchases are non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund, return, or exchange.

Digital Products. All guides, e-books, and bundles — including The Nervous System Reset, The Power of Self-Belief, From Midlife Crisis to Midlife Creation, and The Complete Collection — are digital downloads delivered instantly upon purchase. Once access has been granted, the sale is final and non-refundable. Please read each product description carefully before purchasing.

Services & Sessions. The Midlife Body Alignment Audit and any other one-on-one sessions are non-refundable once booked. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule. Missed sessions or late cancellations are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.
