Meet Caren

My husband David was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer at 28 years old — one year after our wedding in Italy. He died in October 2020.

Surviving for seven years, two years of caregiving, and five years after losing him, I kept moving. Kept hustling. Kept telling myself I was okay.

But my body knew the truth.

It took moving to the mountains of Colorado, getting quiet, and rebuilding my life from the ground up to discover what true alignment actually felt like.
